About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic People & Culture Coordinator to join our global P&C team. This is an opportunity to immediately dive into all aspects of HR and make a direct impact. In this role, you’ll help drive key people initiatives, ensure compliance with Australia and New Zealand employment laws, support recruitment efforts, manage the day to day office needs, and work closely with local leadership to create a great employee experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to grow their HR career in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
What You Will Do
HR Support & Compliance
- Support the entire employee lifecycle, including new hire onboarding, benefits, and offboarding
- Interact closely with the other P&C members, reporting into the Global Director of P&C to create impact across all regions
- Assist in ensuring compliance with employment laws and workplace regulations in Australia and New Zealand
- Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies and best practices
Talent & Recruitment
- Assist the full-cycle recruiting process
- Draft job ads and publish job opportunities on our career page and relevant job boards
- Organize interviews and hiring discussions with the hiring team, following our global approach
Employee Experience, Culture, & Office Management
- Support initiatives that foster a high-performing, positive, growth-focused workplace culture
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and events
- Manage office duties such as lunches, organization, and upkeep
What we are looking for
- 2-3 years in Human Resources and a passion for helping people thrive
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices in Australia & New Zealand
- Flexible, startup mindset and ability to operate within a very dynamic, fast-paced work environment
- Proactive and action oriented: no task is too small or insignificant for you
- Able to juggle multiple and shifting priorities and still deliver results
- Must be resourceful by nature and have excellent problem-solving skills
- Eager to learn and stay up to date with the ever changing world of HR
- A good balance between leading and executing, in this role you will need to be hands-on involved in the daily HR routines
- Global experience is a plus
