About the Role
As a Junior Account Executive at Rezdy, this role is designed for someone looking to take their first step into SaaS sales. We’re looking for the right attitude and potential, we’ll teach you the skills.
In your first few months, you’ll focus on learning how to generate leads, book meetings, and understand how Rezdy helps our customers. You’ll work closely with experienced Account Executives to learn how to run demos, ask the right questions, and build the core skills needed to succeed as a full-cycle AE over time.
This role suits someone who is motivated, curious, and ready to learn, with a genuine interest in building a long-term career in sales.
This is a hybrid role requiring three days per week in the office.
What You Will Do
- Reach out to new potential customers each day through calls, emails, and follow-ups to introduce Rezdy and start conversations.
- Keep track of leads and conversations in HubSpot, making sure notes, next steps, and follow-ups are always up to date.
- Follow up consistently with prospects to confirm meetings, rebook no-shows, and keep conversations moving forward.
- Shadow sales calls and product demos, then gradually take responsibility for leading parts of those conversations.
- Learn how to explain Rezdy clearly and confidently by practising demos internally and with support on live calls.
- Work closely with your manager to review activity, improve messaging, and build confidence week by week.
- Hit clear activity targets around outreach, conversations started, and meetings booked, with coaching and support to help you succeed.
What We Are Looking For
Must Have
- A strong work ethic and positive attitude, you’re willing to learn, take feedback, and put in the effort to improve.
- Confidence speaking to people and building rapport, whether that’s in person, over the phone, or via email.
- Great organisation and time management skills, with the ability to follow up and stay on top of tasks.
- A proactive mindset, you don’t wait to be told what to do, and you take responsibility for your own development.
- Comfort working toward targets and being measured on outcomes, with support and coaching along the way.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the tourism, travel, or experiences industry.
- Experience in a SaaS environment.
