About the Role
The Sales Operations Specialist is a hands-on, globally focused role supporting the day-to-day operational needs of our sales teams across all three regions—AMER, EMEA, and APAC. Working as part of the Global Sales Operations team, you’ll help keep our CRM (HubSpot) clean and running smoothly, support reporting and dashboards, and assist in rolling out new processes and initiatives across regions.

This is an ideal role for someone with 1–3 years of experience who wants to deepen their sales operations and CRM skill set inside a fast-moving, global business. You’ll learn alongside experienced operators, take ownership of clearly defined responsibilities, and potentially grow into broader scope over time.

What you will do
In this role, you will:

• Support the day-to-day operational asks and needs of the AMER, EMEA, and APAC

sales teams, escalating to regional and global leads where needed.

• Help maintain and update AE dashboards and reports, flagging data issues and surfacing

trends for the Sales Operations Managers to review.

• Assist with CRM maintenance in HubSpot—including data hygiene, list building, basic

workflow and sequence setup, and routine pipeline upkeep.

• Contribute to process documentation, keeping playbooks and how-to guides accurate and

up to date across regions.

• Support the rollout of new initiatives and process improvements, including data entry,

testing, and helping the team adopt new tools and AI-assisted workflows.

• Coordinate with a global team to help standardize and align ways of working across

AMER, EMEA, and APAC.

What we are looking for
We are looking for:

• 1–3 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, CRM administration,

sales support, or a closely related role.

◦ Hands-on experience working in HubSpot (or a comparable CRM), with a

willingness to grow into deeper admin-level skills.

◦ HubSpot certifications (e.g. Sales Hub, CRM, or admin) a plus, or a clear appetite to

earn them on the job.

• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with data, reports, and dashboards.

• A self-starter mindset—someone who takes ownership of their tasks, asks good

questions, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can

shift quickly.

• Willingness and availability to collaborate across time zones, which will occasionally

require early or late meetings to connect with teams in other regions.

• Clear, straightforward communication skills, with the ability to relay needs between sales

teams and operations in an easy-to-understand way.

When you join our team, you’re stepping into a culture built on momentum, ownership, and clarity of purpose. We move decisively, think boldly, and stay deeply connected to our customers and the people behind the work. Across all our brands, we believe meaningful impact comes from empowered teams, aligned priorities, and unwavering commitment.

Here’s what you can expect:

  • High trust, real impact: You’ll have the autonomy and expectation to lead with ownership, tackle problems end-to-end, and make decisions that move the business forward in meaningful ways.
  • Curiosity with discipline: We value asking sharp questions, challenging assumptions, and exploring smarter ways to work. We don’t just get things done, but to get them done right for our customers.
  • One team, all in: Collaboration beats ego, wins are shared, and we rally together when the work gets tough.
  • Space to grow: You’ll be supported and stretched, taking on challenges that build capability, sharpen judgment, and accelerate your growth as a leader and problem-solver.
  • Progress with purpose: We move fast, stay focused on what truly matters, and prioritise long-term impact over quick fixes.

You’ll be joining a global team committed to building something that truly matters—and enjoying the ride along the way.

We’d be excited to have you with us. Together, let’s shape the future of the tourism industry.
