About the Role

The Junior Commercial Analyst is a hands-on, commercially embedded role that sits inside Rezdy’s Commercial team.
This role exists to directly support Sales, Onboarding and Customer Success with insights that improve revenue growth, customer retention and prioritisation. You will deliver understanding of commercial activity, asking the right questions, and helping teams make better day-to-day and strategic decisions.

You’ll work closely with commercial leaders to understand what they are trying to achieve, then use data to help guide actions and focus. Over time, you’ll build strong commercial judgement alongside your analytical skills.

Key Objectives of the Role

  • Working within the Commercial teams to deliver insights that improve revenue, retention and execution
  • Help the team understand why performance is changing, not just what changed
  • Build strong commercial understanding alongside analytical capability
  • Reduce reactive reporting by aligning insights to real commercial decisions
  • Build visibility across the customer lifecycle (acquisition → retention)

What you will do

Commercial Performance & Insights

  • Deliver regular and ad-hoc insights across acquisition, onboarding, adoption, retention, churn, and expansion
  • Analyse the commercial performance of the team
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities that impact revenue and customer health
  • Translate insights into clear actions and visual representations, not just numbers

Reporting & Automation

  • Own and continuously improve Commercial dashboards in HubSpot
  • Ensure reporting is accurate, timely, and aligned to business priorities
  • Reduce noise by focusing reporting on metrics that drive behaviour and outcomes
  • Support automation where it improves speed and usability for commercial teams

Commercial Tooling, AI & Insight Evolution

  • Explore tools that help Commercial teams move faster and smarter
  • Support experimentation with AI-assisted insights tied to commercial outcomes
  • Help surface leading indicators (risk, expansion, readiness) that inform action

What we are looking for

Required

  • Junior-level experience as an analyst, commercial support, insights, operations, or data role
  • Strong foundational analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and explain insights clearly
  • Interest in commercial performance, revenue drivers, and customer outcomes
  • Comfortable working with numbers, metrics, and structured data
  • Clear communicator who can summarise insights for non-technical stakeholders
  • Willingness to learn, ask questions, and take feedback on board

Desired

  • Exposure to Sales, Onboarding, Customer Success or Commercial Operations teams
  • Experience working with commercial metrics such as revenue, churn, pipeline, conversion or adoption
  • Familiarity with tools such as CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot) and spreadsheets

Key Attributes

  • Commercially minded and outcome-focused
  • Curious, future-oriented and open to experimentation
  • Proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and evolving priorities

When you join our team, you’re stepping into a culture built on momentum, ownership, and clarity of purpose. We move decisively, think boldly, and stay deeply connected to our customers and the people behind the work. Across all our brands, we believe meaningful impact comes from empowered teams, aligned priorities, and unwavering commitment.

Here’s what you can expect:

  • High trust, real impact: You’ll have the autonomy and expectation to lead with ownership, tackle problems end-to-end, and make decisions that move the business forward in meaningful ways.
  • Curiosity with discipline: We value asking sharp questions, challenging assumptions, and exploring smarter ways to work. We don’t just get things done, but to get them done right for our customers.
  • One team, all in: Collaboration beats ego, wins are shared, and we rally together when the work gets tough.
  • Space to grow: You’ll be supported and stretched, taking on challenges that build capability, sharpen judgment, and accelerate your growth as a leader and problem-solver.
  • Progress with purpose: We move fast, stay focused on what truly matters, and prioritise long-term impact over quick fixes.

You’ll be joining a global team committed to building something that truly matters—and enjoying the ride along the way.

We’d be excited to have you with us. Together, let’s shape the future of the tourism industry.
